Shelia Smith is a physical education teacher with over 30 years of service currently working at Bellshire Elementary School. Most recently, she has been serving on the MNEA Executive Board since July 15, 2011 and is currently on the MNEA Membership Committee. Previously, she served on the Board from July 15, 1997 through July 14, 2003 and has many years of service to MNEA as the Association Representative from Belleshire. She is a strong and active supporter of MNEA having served on the Minority Affairs, Membership, Human Relations, and Internal Relations Committees. Smith has also served as delegate to the Tennessee Education Association Representative Assembly.
